Position Responsibilities

The Technician will operate diagnostic equipment, diagnose automotive issues, read maintenance manuals, follow instructions, inspect, diagnose, and perform repairs on vehicles. They should possess at least 4 ASE certifications, keep them current, and aim to grow into a Master Technician. All employees are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workspace, tools, and shop equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on vehicles.
• Perform quality work with honesty, integrity, and excellence, providing excellent customer service.
• Complete daily oil changes and inspections, identifying additional services needed.
• Return vehicles clean or cleaner than received, ensuring no messes or spills remain.
• Keep work areas and tools clean and organized.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify issues are resolved.
• Perform repairs efficiently and maintain ASE certifications.
• Communicate with management about work progress and delays.
