Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years professional technician experience.
• Strong experience with German vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, VW).
• Strong diagnostic ability with modern European platforms.
• Flat rate experience preferred.
• Own professional tools and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs.
• Complete work efficiently to maximize billed hours.
• Perform major mechanical repairs including engine replacement, timing chains/belts, turbocharger replacements, cooling system repairs, suspension/steering, brakes, and electrical diagnostics.
• Test drive vehicles as required.
• Complete repair orders in shop management software.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.

Position Overview

Rapid Racing LLC is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Automotive Technician specializing in European and import vehicles, with a strong emphasis on German brands. This position is ideal for a highly productive technician who can efficiently diagnose and repair vehicles while maintaining high quality standards. Our shop focuses on performance, diagnostics, and major mechanical repairs. Technicians are paid based on billed labor hours — not clock hours.

Primary Vehicle Focus

German Vehicles Strong experience with the following is required:

• BMW
• Mercedes-Benz
• Audi
• Volkswagen
• Porsche

Other Imports (Preferred)

• Acura / Honda
• Toyota / Lexus
• Nissan / Infiniti
• Subaru

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs
• Complete work efficiently to maximize billed hours
• Perform major mechanical repairs including:
