Job summary

The Automotive Technician role at Nissan 24 Brockton is responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles to factory and dealership standards in a busy service department. Emphasis is placed on safety, accuracy, and efficiency while maintaining customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

Pay ranges from $25 to $45 per hour based on experience and qualifications, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401K, paid training, and time off.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' Flat Rate experience.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment screening and background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Properly complete the service and/or repairs for which the technician is trained as assigned by management or their designated representative.
• Follow safety requirements and published procedures by manufacturer and dealership.
• Notifies management of any additional repairs needed or difficulties that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.
• Produce quality work that meets or exceeds production schedules and customer satisfaction standards.
• Road tests vehicles when required or coordinates with the test technician.
• Supervises work of any apprentice technicians as assigned.
• Maintains and accounts for dealership-owned tools and manuals.
