Responsibilities

• Properly complete the service and/or repairs as assigned by management
• Follow safety requirements and published procedures
• Notify management of additional repairs needed or difficulties
• Use proper tools and equipment supplied by the service department
• Produce quality work meeting or exceeding production and customer satisfaction targets
• Maintain documentation with detailed cause and correction on each repair order
• Road test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician
