Mercedes Benz of Greenwich is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our service team. You will perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• ASE Certification is preferred but not required.
• Brand knowledge of vehicles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance following factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding vehicle service needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and comply with safety regulations.
