Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Flat Pack Machine Operator to join our production team in Rogers, AR. The role involves operating and setting up a Flat Pack Machine, calibrating for exact weights, cuts and portions, and ensuring a smooth flow of product on the line. You will perform checks, adjust parameters as needed, and maintain safety standards in compliance with Tyson policies.

Hours are Monday to Friday with possible Saturdays, on the 2nd shift. The pay rate is $17.40 per hour.

Qualifications

• 6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months.
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job.
• Background checks may be required for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Flat Pack Machine, set up the program, calibrate the machine and adjust parameters to meet weights, cuts and portions.
• Regularly check and adjust the machine to ensure product specifications and quality.
• Maintain continuous flow of product and ensure correct ingredients and supplies are used on the line.
• Notify supervisor if maintenance or repairs are needed and adhere to safety and Tyson policies.
