TGI Friday’s in Fort Smith, AR is hiring a friendly bartender to mix and serve drinks following standard recipes and brand standards. You will engage guests, read menus to recommend beverages and food, and maintain a welcoming Corner Bar atmosphere.

We value speed and accuracy in a high‑volume setting, ability to operate the POS, and proper alcohol service, including ID checks and handling intoxicated guests. Opportunities for nightly tips and uniform policy are provided.

Qualifications

• Must mix drinks quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Must operate a POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Must follow Responsible Service of Alcohol and obtain required certifications.
• Must maintain a clean, organized bar area.
• Must identify guests for alcohol service and manage intoxicated guests safely.
