What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing social service case management or relevant educational background
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school with an active Arizona RN license, or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Knowledge of medical, functional, and psychosocial problems of various populations
- Fluency in Navajo may be required for certain positions
- Ability to manage caseloads and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
- Experience with community resources and crisis intervention methods
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations regarding long-term care services
