Carl Friedrik opens its first New York store and seeks a Sales Associate to deliver a premium retail experience from day one.

You will engage knowledgeable customers, sell premium products, and build lasting client relationships while upholding high standards and brand presentation.

This in-person role offers flexible scheduling, commission, employee discount and benefits as you help establish the flagship store.

Formación

• Retail experience in premium or customer-focused environments.
• Confident, engaging communicator with strong shop-floor presence.
• Comfortable selling premium products and achieving sales targets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
• Experience in clientelling and building long-term customer relationships.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service as an ambassador for Carl Friedrik.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, storytelling, and upselling.
• Build a loyal New York customer base through client outreach and follow-up.
• Maintain store standards across presentation, cleanliness, and product care.
• Support stock handling and back-of-house organization for efficient store operations.
• Process transactions accurately to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience.
• Collaborate with the wider team to shape the store culture, pace, and expectations.
