Experience in general construction, flagging, landscaping, and concrete restoration is preferred. Telecommunication experience and working with a drilling crew are a plus.

Responsibilities

1. Flagging and directing traffic safely to ensure a smooth work zone environment.
2. Assisting crew with directional drilling, excavation, trenching, pipe placement, backfilling, and restoration.
3. Setting up and dismantling the job site daily.
4. Performing routine labor tasks such as potholing, equipment setup, conduit, duct, and cable placement, and setting pedestals.
5. Hand digging around utilities in holes and trenches.
6. Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Maintaining cleanliness of the job site.
8. Completing work in a timely manner and ensuring accountability of tools and materials.

1. Willing to work in various temperatures and weather conditions.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Physical ability to bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb, and lift throughout the day.
4. Professional communication with coworkers, homeowners, and customers.
5. Reliable and responsible with good attendance.
6. Willing to travel.
