Job summary

You will direct traffic around construction sites, communicate with the team via radios, and ensure safety through proper signage and barricades. Responsibilities include setting up signs, directing vehicles, and adapting to varied schedules and locations, including occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean background/MVR check.
• Willing to travel to multiple job sites.
• 18 years old or older.
• Minimum 1 year flagging experience.
• ATSSA certification preferred.
• Strong communication with team and public.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic using hand signals and signs.
• Coordinate with flaggers via two-way radios.
• Inform crew of traffic-related safety concerns.
• Set up warning and detour signage.
• Install and remove barricades and cones.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Remain alert in hazardous zones near heavy equipment.
• Adapt to varying schedules and locations; travel occasionally.
