Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to direct traffic and coordinate with team members.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety.
• A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.

This is an in-person position reporting to our Allentown, PA yard before being transported to the worksite. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians on construction sites.
