Job summary

Traffic Engineering Services is hiring an in-person Traffic Manager to join our Allentown, PA yard, with travel to worksites as needed. You will direct traffic flow around construction sites, monitor conditions, and communicate clearly with the crew to maintain safety.

TES offers training in flagger basics and advanced traffic control courses to help your career grow; highway experience is a plus, and we value safety, teamwork, and reliability on every site.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively direct traffic and coordinate with team members.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety.
• A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.

Traffic Engineering Services- A Helix Company- has been in business for 20 years and we are expanding our team! This is an in-person position reporting to our Allentown, PA yard before being transported to the worksite. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians on construction sites.

We offer entry level flagger training classes and advanced traffic control courses to advance your journey with us. Highway experience is a plus!
