• Work closely with construction crews to coordinate road operations and disruptions
• Observe and enforce safety regulations to protect all personnel and the public
• Report incidents or unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to different job sites in Iowa and Nebraska
• Pass pre-employment drug screeningValid driver's license
