Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking Certified Flaggers to manage traffic around roadwork zones, ensuring the safety of crews and motorists. You will set up and maintain signs and cones, communicate with teams and motorists, and monitor work zones for compliance with regulations and safety guidelines.

The role requires a Flagger certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions; prior flagging or traffic control experience is

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Safety-first mindset.
• Previous flagging or traffic control experience preferred.
• Must have composite boots, hard hat, gloves, high vis vest, safety glasses and sign with a pole a plus!

As a Certified Flagger, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safety of construction crews, drivers, and pedestrians. You’ll manage traffic flow around roadwork zones, communicate with team members, and maintain a professional and safety-focused environment.
