Job summary

Milliken & Company’s Kingsley Plant seeks a Flag Technician to diagnose faults on air jet weave machinery and perform repairs. You will identify fabric and machine defects and complete a light inspection on each assigned machine per shift. The role operates on a rotating 8-hour schedule.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting machine issues, performing preventive maintenance, and completing maintenance work orders. Physical work and safety compliance are required in a production setting.

Qualifications

• The Kingsley Plant requires progression through technician classroom and OJT training.
• Must correctly identify defects and machine issues, document them, and ensure resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision is expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to machine quality and performance flags identified by weavers and plant supervision.
• Troubleshoot weave machine issues.
• Identify and correct fabric and machine defects.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Obtain and complete maintenance work orders.
• Perform other duties as required.
