Who Are We Looking For?

We seek a clinical therapy manager passionate about expanding access to mental health care, thriving in a culture emphasizing autonomy, flexibility, creativity, and compassion. The role involves providing individual, family, couples, or group therapy, including assessments and treatment planning, with responsibilities aligned to client needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and complete documentation per policy.
  2. Maintain a minimum caseload.
  3. Provide interventions to reduce symptoms and improve daily functioning.
  4. Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with team members.
  5. Use creative interventions to meet therapeutic goals.
  6. Coordinate with case managers, families, and other staff.
  7. Participate in staff meetings and training.
  8. Demonstrate cultural awareness in communication and practice.
  9. Adhere to ethical standards and policies.
  10. Compensation up to $65/hr.

Qualifications:

  • Active LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD licenses in FL (and CA if applicable).
  • Current NPI number.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred but not required).
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and insurability under Ellie policies.
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention and strong diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Effective time management and ability to work autonomously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Creative and innovative approach to mental health.
  • Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing.
