CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Fixturer / Machine Operator candidates in the Kennebunk, ME area. Join a leading manufacturing team where precision, quality, and teamwork matter. We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fixturer/Inspector/Machine Operator to support our team on 1st shift. This role involves operating machinery, assembling fixtures, and inspecting parts to ensure high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Set up and operate machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards.
  2. Assemble and prepare fixtures used in the production process.
  3. Inspect finished or in-process parts for defects or inconsistencies using basic measuring tools.
  4. Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
  5. Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets and quality expectations.
  6. Keep a clean and organized work area.
Desired Background/Skills:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, machining, or mechanical inspection preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
