Location: Williston, ND
Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 with commitment
Starting Wage: $92,900.95 - $102,290.05 annually, plus a 32% Geo Modifier
Retention Bonus: $40,000
Schedule: 14 days on, 21 days off
We are hiring a Pilot to provide medical air transportation services. The pilot will operate our Pilatus PC12 aircraft, with scheduled shifts of 14/21 days, servicing day or night trips. Safety is a core value, and our team is committed to high safety standards for crew and passengers.
Responsibilities:
Work with medical experts to safely transport patients to and from locations and facilities.
Ensure aircraft readiness according to manuals, FAR, and company requirements, including aircraft cleanliness.
Maintain accurate documentation for shifts, load manifests, and regulatory compliance.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
Provide shift change information and follow protocols for recording change details.
Maintain required certifications and complete ongoing training.
Additional Responsibilities:
Be punctual, reliable, professional, and uphold safety and service standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Commercial Airplane (C-ASEL) license required; willingness to obtain ATP within 5 years.
Valid driver’s license
Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate
2,500 total flight hours
2,000 fixed-wing hours
1,000 PIC hours
500 cross-country hours
100 night hours
75 instrument hours (50 actual)
Working Conditions:
Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Assist with aircraft deicing, towing, and pre-flight preparations.
Physical Demands:
Stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
Assist with patient loading, lifting/moving up to 150 pounds with help.
Visual acuity: close, distant, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
