Job description

EagleMed is hiring a Fixed Wing Pilot to provide medical air transportation services in Liberal, KS. The position involves flying a King Air 200 aircraft on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule.

Compensation and Incentives:

  • Annual salary: $111,589 - $122,748
  • $15,000 sign-on bonus (requires training and check ride completion)
  • $40,000 retention bonus (6-month waiting period, 3-year program)
  • Up to $3,000 relocation assistance
  • Company-paid crew housing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL)
  • Willing to obtain ATP within 5 years
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Current FAA First- or Second-Class Medical
  • 2,500 total flight hours
  • 1,000 PIC hours
  • 500 cross-country hours
  • 500 multi-engine hours
  • 100 night hours
  • 75 instrument hours (50 actual)

Responsibilities:

  • Transport customers safely with a team of medical experts
  • Ensure aircraft readiness and compliance with FAR and company standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, crew, and partners
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification maintenance

Working Conditions:

  • Work in outdoor weather conditions
  • Night, day, and overnight shifts as scheduled
  • Assist with aircraft de-icing, towing, and pre-flight preparations

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, sit, crouch, kneel, or crawl for extended periods
  • Assist with patient loading, lifting up to 150 pounds with help
  • Specific vision abilities required
