West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. in Jersey Shore, PA is hiring for a Production Operator on a fixed-term assignment through December 2026.

The role offers training, full-time hours, and a 12-hour night schedule on a 2-2-3 rotation from 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM with a $1/hour night shift differential. You will work in a collaborative manufacturing team producing components for life-saving healthcare products, rotating through production functions, and contributing to a safe, fast-paced environment

This position is a fixed-term assignment through the end of December 2026. The position offers benefits, training, and full time hours. There may be an opportunity to become a regular employee, based on performance and business needs.

This position will work a 12-hour Shift on Nights on a 2-2-3 schedule from 5:45PM to 6AM. This position pays $20.65/hour with a $1/hour shift differential for the Night Shift.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate molding and trimming equipment.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Work Experience

• No minimum experience required.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience is preferred.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including the use of a keyboard and mouse.
• Experience using computer-based production systems, such as SAP, is beneficial.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Travel Requirements

5%: Up to 13 business days per year

Physical Requirements

Medium-Exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.
