Fixed Site Team Lead/Charge Phlebotomist

Position Overview

This full-time role offers a pay range of $20.25/hr, dependent on skills and experience. The position involves overseeing blood collection operations, ensuring smooth processes, and providing donor care. Responsibilities include staff oversight, donor registration, screening, physical assessments, and phlebotomy. The role may require driving fleet vehicles, including box trucks.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Stable work history
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Ability to train away from home for up to two weeks
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and insurability
