Camping World is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to lead the Service Center, ensuring top customer satisfaction and profitability. You will support and manage the Service Managers while driving P&L performance and labor cost controls.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team across technicians, service advisors, parts staff, and warranty administrators, fostering development and best hiring practices within a safety-focused environment.

Formación

• Experience managing a high-volume service center in RV/auto/power sports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-focused.
• Proficiency with dealership software (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds).
• Intermediate or better MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Camping World is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to join our growing team. As the Fixed Operations Director you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability at our growing Service Center. You will support and manage the Service Manager(s) while driving profitability and ensuring customer satisfaction.What You’ll Do:Support and Manage the Service Manager(s) as part of the Fixed Operations team in the locationEnsure a consistently high level of internal and external customer satisfaction throughout the service departmentDrive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, P&L management, and labor cost controlBuild a high performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Associates, Warranty Administrators, Porters, and Detailers through continual associate development and best hiring practicesFoster a culture that promotes employee development & retention, customer satisfaction, and philanthropyCreate and maintain strong working relationships with external vendorsMeet or exceed monthly budget projectionsMaintain a safe and functional working environmentWhat You’ll Need to Have for the Role:Experience managing a high-volume Service Center in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry is strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentKnowledge of RV's and RV systems is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in a dealership software system (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.)Intermediate or better skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to read and analyze P&L reportsValid driver's license requiredMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesProlonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bendingExposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipmentEnvironmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetnessGeneral Compensation DisclosureThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $95,000 - $145,000 or more.
