Job summary

Camping World seeks a Fixed Operations Director to lead the Service Center, ensuring top customer satisfaction and profitability. You will support Service Managers, drive P&L performance, and build a high-performing team across technicians, advisors, and support staff.

Ideal candidates have experience in high-volume RV/auto repair operations, strong communication, and proficiency with dealership software. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume service center in the RV/auto/marine/power sports industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of RVs and RV systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with dealership software.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the Service Manager(s) as part of the Fixed Operations team.
• Drive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, P&L management, and labor cost control.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Associates, Warranty Administrators, Porters, and Detailers.
• Foster development and retention of employees and a culture focused on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and meet monthly budgets.

As the Fixed Operations Director you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability at our growing Service Center. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $95,000 - $145,000 or more.
