Camping World seeks a Fixed Operations Director to lead the service center, ensuring top customer satisfaction and profitability. You will manage Service Managers, drive sales and gross profit, and build a high-performing team across technicians, advisors, parts staff and warranty personnel.

Ideal candidates have RV/service center leadership experience, strong communication, and proficiency with dealership software.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume Service Center in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Knowledge of RVs and RV systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in a dealership software system (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.).
• Intermediate or better skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $95,000 - $145,000 or more.
