Camping World is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to lead the service center team, drive profitability, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. You will support and guide Service Managers while focusing on efficient operations and strong financial performance.

In this role, you will manage daily service operations, develop a high-performing team, and maintain safety standards. The position emphasizes leadership and strategic oversight within a growing network of service centers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume Service Center in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry.
• Proven ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of RVs and RV systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in dealership software systems (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds).
• Intermediate or better skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and analyze P&L reports.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment.

As the Fixed Operations Director you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability at our growing Service Center. You will support and manage the Service Manager(s) while driving profitability and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need To Have For The Role

• Intermediate or better skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to read and analyze P&L reports
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
• Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
• Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $95,000 - $145,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
