Fixed Operations Consultant – Work from Home

Full‑time position at Dynatron Software.

Excellent Salary plus commissions and work from home.

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager or Fixed Operations Director to train and mentor dealers, general managers, and service managers across North America, improving fixed operations profitability through our ROAMS/EBIS system.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult, train, and mentor client teams to improve profitability.
• Use web‑based technology to monitor client progress and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create customized video training materials.
• Conduct video conference calls and maintain a professional image while working remotely.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of senior service department management experience with proven CSI and factory certification results.
• Integrity and strong work ethic suitable for a work‑from‑home environment.
• Private home office with high‑speed internet and video‑conferencing capability.
• Excellent people and communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences nationwide.
