Qualifications

Work Schedule

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted subject matter expert for Ally’s Warranty Rate Review and Warranty Compliance programs while delivering foundational training, coaching sales effectiveness, and optimizing service and parts processes. The Work Itself

• Utilize your automotive fixed operations expertise to assist dealers in profitability goals


• Partner with dealership teams to deliver training and innovative solutions


• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The Qualifications We’re Looking For

• Possess analytical abilities to breakdown claim information into trends


• Proven experience in franchised dealership Fixed Operations preferred


• Proficiency in analyzing and diagnosing dealership operating statements preferred


• Excellent written and verbal communication


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Adept at uncovering customer needs and delivering solutions

Base Pay Range

$65,000.00 - $115,000.00

An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation
