Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, or quantitative field.
• 3+ years in institutional trading, portfolio operations, treasury, or cash management with fixed income experience.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg or equivalent trading platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist traders with executing and managing fixed income and equity trades, focusing on fixed income markets.
• Use Bloomberg and OMS platforms to support trade execution and portfolio oversight.
• Support portfolio rebalances, new launches, and in-kind baskets with potential independent management over time.
• Coordinate with prime brokers, market makers, custodians, and counterparties to optimize execution and efficiency.
• Monitor market trends, portfolio positioning, and performance relative to objectives and peers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Handle daily trading operations including allocation, settlement monitoring, and reconciliation.
