Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in fixed income or financing roles.
• Understanding of repo, treasury, and operations in relation to trading.
• Knowledge across global rates, credit, and related infrastructures.
• Familiarity with US repo clearing and evolving EMEA frameworks.
• Strong balance sheet, liquidity, and risk management awareness.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Attention to detail and comfort with data, dashboards, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the multi-year Global Fixed Income Financing platform roadmap.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams from requirements through UAT and implementation.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and test plans.
• Support global build-outs connecting balance sheet usage and revenues.
• Drive repo clearing initiatives, including US repo clearing and EMEA expansion.
• Improve cross-product margining, netting, cash utilization, and risk reporting.
• Partner with Middle Office and Operations on trade capture and lifecycle events.
• Use AI tools and analytics to automate workflows and create dashboards.
