You will coordinate analyses, prepare information reports for management, and maintain efficient workflows while communicating with internal and external clients.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a business-related field with 2–5 years of relevant experience, SIE certification, and potential Series licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with 2–5 years in the function.
• Equivalent combination of education, training or experience accepted.
• SIE required; Series 24/7 license preferred or equivalent.
• Series 7/63 licenses or international equivalent may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining infrastructure to support Fixed Income Capital Markets operations.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and market events affecting the business.
• Coordinate preparation of analyses and information reports for management.
• Ensure efficient workflow by developing processes and procedures.
• Provide periodic progress and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
• Communicate with internal/external clients to obtain or clarify information.
