  • Collaborate and communicate with internal teams (trading, reconciliation, COAC) as well as external counterparties (brokers, custodians, managers) to resolve settlement and operational issues.
  • Oversee corporate actions related to fixed income securities such as calls, redemptions, interest payments, and other mandatory and voluntary events.
  • Participate in special projects, including platform enhancements, workflow improvements, and system upgrades.
  • Support new client onboarding and new fixed income manager onboarding, ensuring accurate setup and seamless integration into operational workflows.
Required Experience and Skills

  • Deep product knowledge across all major fixed income security types (e.g., Treasuries, corporates, municipals, agencies, MBS/ABS, money markets).
  • Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, from execution and allocation through confirmation, settlement, and post‑trade reporting.
  • Knowledge of settlement market infrastructure, including custodians, clearing houses, depositories.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with executing brokers, portfolio managers, custodians, and internal stakeholders to resolve trade discrepancies and settlement issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
