Job summary

Neuberger Berman in Chicago, IL is seeking a Client Reporting & Analytics Analyst for the Non-Investment Grade Fixed Income team. You will compile portfolio and market materials, including institutional client reporting and bespoke client exhibits, working with PM, Client Service, IT, Marketing, RFP and Legal.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in asset management or related industry
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Science, Math preferred
• Progress toward CFA, FRM, or CAIA are a plus
• Knowledge of financial markets, fixed income, and investment strategies
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with BlackRock Aladdin, Clearwater and Bloomberg preferred
• Experience in formula-driven spreadsheets, pivot tables and macros
• Analytical and comfortable with statistics and fixed income portfolio data
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize
• Strong communication with subject matter experts and team players

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth client reports and analytics for Non-Investment Grade fixed income
• Produce monthly client reports and data for institutional clients
• Provide portfolio analysis for High Yield and Senior Loan portfolios
• Serve as data expert for portfolio exposures and statistics
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives to enhance client service
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and data
• Stay updated with fixed income market trends
