Job summary

Sanden International (U.S.A.), Inc. is seeking a qualified accountant to manage fixed assets, construction in progress, month-end close, fixed asset audits and general accounting in a manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, 3-5 years of accounting experience, and strong proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, AS/400 and IQMS. Proficiency in Excel and Word is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of general accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP accounting system in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Proficient in accounting theory and practices.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Software: SAP, AS400, IQMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide management with reliable, accurate, and timely accounting information.
• Balance sheet reconciliations, preparing schedules and analysis.
• Maintain standard cost and future cost.
• Expense management analysis and various reports as assigned by management.
• Maintain chart of accounts and approve GL coding for POs.
• Maintain capital investment budgets and CPP schedules for construction in progress.
