Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of work experience, preferably 2+ of accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday) or similar platforms.
• Curiosity in leveraging technology and automation to improve processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Understanding of fixed assets, leases, and capital projects accounting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate accounting for tangible and intangible assets, capital projects, and lease obligations.
• Executes month-end close for fixed assets, leases, and capital projects with reconciliations.
• Manages asset lifecycle, leases, approvals, and capital projects with process improvements.
• Applies internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliant reporting.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and provides accounting expertise on capital projects, fixed assets, and leases.
• Performs other related tasks as required.
