Job summary

AppleOne is seeking a Fixed Assets Analyst located in Anaheim, California, responsible for managing assets from acquisition to retirement. The role involves tracking asset statuses and reconciling data with General Ledger.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS or BA degree and have at least 3 years of experience in fixed asset accounting, excel skills, and excellent communication abilities. Compensation is based on experience and includes medical benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience of fixed asset accounting.
• Previous experience with asset tracking preferred.
• Ability to reconcile expenditures with general ledger.

Responsibilities

• Manage assets entire life cycle from acquisition to disposition.
• Track status of assets and reconcile data from General Ledger.

Skills

Experience with fixed asset accounting

Ability to use Microsoft Office Suites particularly in Excel

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail
