Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Ability to read, interpret and draw conclusions from numerical material.
• Familiarity with financial statements, reports and GAAP.
• Experience with fixed assets and asset accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, processes, and codes invoices, ensuring payment within terms.
• Compiles and maintains accurate financial information for entries.
• Prepares and reviews reports and data, monitoring for accuracy.
• Assists with month-end closing transactions and key reports.
• Provides requested financial information to stakeholders.
• Reconciles accounts, ledgers, and reports.
• Supports accounting process improvements and data flow.
• Maintains compliance with GAAP, policies, and applicable laws.
