Job summary

ION seeks an Integration Analyst to support the rollout and ongoing integration of DASH's U.S. Equities and Options trading products with clients and vendors.

You will coordinate FIX certification, perform integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist with UAT environments to ensure robust connectivity and order routing across platforms. You will work closely with Sales, Trading Operations, and Network Operations, gaining deep knowledge of FIX workflows, U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with FIX routing/testing
• Experience with client integrations and connectivity
• Ability to troubleshoot FIX issues and provide guidance
• Confluence documentation experience
• UAT environment configuration and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Design and execute FIX certification and integration testing with clients and vendors for U.S. Equities and Options trading products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading Operations, and Network Operations to support client integration and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot FIX-related issues and provide technical guidance and client support.
• Create and maintain Confluence documentation to support knowledge sharing and operational processes.
• Configure and maintain UAT environments to support internal and client testing activities through FIX APIs.
