FiveStar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide a welcoming, efficient shopping and dining experience at our store. You will greet customers, handle fast-paced sales on the register, and assist with deli food preparation while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, well-stocked areas, promoting FiveStar specials, and ensuring compliance with all laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, thank them, make eye contact, and engage to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Process fast-paced, accurate sales transactions on a register and correct mistakes.
• Prepare quality food using deli equipment and follow safety standards.
• Maintain PAR levels in the deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote specials and upsell on each transaction.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to keep products visually appealing and available.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and surrounding areas.
• Follow safety rules and comply with laws and company policies.
