Job summary

Southall Farm and Inn in Middle Tennessee seeks a Concierge to deliver five-star service to guests. You will assist with guest registration, explain property amenities, and share local area offerings.

You will update dining, theater, and activity information, arrange tickets and reservations, and handle luggage, billing, and personalized amenities.

The role requires English fluency, weekend/evening availability, and a polished hospitality presence in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years of Concierge or Guest Services Agent experience in a luxury hotel/resort setting preferred
• Luxury Resort experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
• Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to understand and communicate with guests and team members; must have excellent telephone etiquette skills
• Basic mathematical and computer skills
• Available to work weekends, evenings and/or holidays
• Must be able to walk, stand for prolonged periods as needed
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher-level education preferred, or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Assure desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated.
• Knows what activities are available in the city and establishes contacts with vendors to provide information, tickets, and reservations for guests.
• Stores and retrieves guest luggage and packages.
• Utilizes a variety of software programs to input special arrangements and ensure proper billing.
• Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome; complete the registration process accurately.
• Administer guest amenities processes to provide a personalized and elevated experience.
• Provide opportunities for guests to explore Southall and Middle Tennessee with exclusive local offerings.
