Job summary

Spotlight 29 Casino is seeking a Table Games Dealer to conduct the full range of casino table games and deliver our Five Star Experience to guests and team members. The role emphasizes service excellence, adherence to policies, and maintaining table integrity across multiple games and promotions.

Responsibilities include handling currency transactions, paying bets, and ensuring compliance with Title 31 and internal controls while supporting a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• High School Degree (or GED).
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass periodic random drug screens.
• Must pass background suitability investigation.
• Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
• Deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and Team Members by embodying our Mission Statement and Service Promise.
• Perform currency and check changes on the gaming table.
• Accurately pay winning bets and collect losing bets.
• Follow all established policies and procedures, including game protection.
• Maintain integrity of all casino promotions related to Table Games.
• Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to guests and vendors.
