Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, a Florida resort, is seeking a Housekeeping Lobby Attendant to maintain lobby and public area cleanliness while delivering outstanding guest service. The role reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor and Assistant Director of Housekeeping.

You will uphold Five-Diamond standards, assist with restrooms, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests and members. Flexible weekend/holiday availability is preferred to support operations.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Able to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the lobby and all assigned public areas of the resort.
• Clean, sanitize, and service public restrooms to ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture, and maintain cleanliness of fixtures and furnishings.
• Clean and polish glass, windows, mirrors, doors, and other public-facing surfaces.
• Monitor public spaces throughout the shift and promptly address cleanliness concerns as they arise.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in assigned areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of entrances, hallways, elevators, and common areas.
• Replenish supplies and amenities in public restrooms and other guest-facing areas.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs to the appropriate department.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests, members, and visitors.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Follow all departmental procedures, safety standards, and cleaning protocols.
• Support the Housekeeping team in maintaining Five-Diamond cleanliness and service standards throughout the property.
