Qualifications

• Investigates and analyzes system generated BSA/AML/Fraud alerts for evidence of suspicious activity.
• Assesses customer history to ensure activity aligns with expected patterns.
• Reviews CDD forms and CIP records for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintains regulatory compliance with BSA requirements and internal policies.
• Completes required compliance training and participates in staff meetings.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and analyzes system generated BSA/AML/Fraud alerts for evidence of suspicious activity.
• Creates cases from alerts for investigators and supervisors.
• Contacts banking center personnel and customers on suspect items.
• Reviews Customer Due Diligence forms and CIP records for completeness.
• Analyzes customer history to ensure transactions align with expected activity.
• Ensures regulatory, legal, and bank requirements are met.
