WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking an entry-level FIU Analyst to support the Financial Intelligence Unit within the Fraud, BSA, and Security Admin Department. The role focuses on monitoring accounts and transactions to identify unusual activity and ensure adherence to BSA regulations.

You will analyze alerts, prepare case documentation, and coordinate with banking center personnel and customers on suspicious items while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and banking experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Investigates and analyzes system generated BSA/AML/Fraud alerts for evidence of suspicious activity.
• Creates cases from alerts for further review by investigators/supervisors.
• Contacts banking center personnel and external customers on suspect items.
• Reviews Customer Due Diligence forms and CIP records for completeness.
• Analyzes customer history to ensure transactions align with expected activity.
• Ensures regulatory, legal, and bank requirements are met.
• Complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
• Attend educational sessions, seminars and advanced training courses.
• Attend and participate in team/department staff meetings.
