Kinsley Steel, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Fitting & Welding Shop Foreman to direct daily fabrication and production activities on the second shift.
You will provide hands-on leadership to shop personnel, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards and schedules. The role requires supervisory experience, strong English communication, and a solid understanding of the steel fabrication industry.

The 2nd Shift Fitting & Welding Shop Foreman is responsible for directing and coordinating daily performance, fabrication and production activities during the second shift. This position provides hands‑on leadership to shop personnel, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and production schedules. The Foreman serves as the primary point of contact for shift operations and collaborates cross‑functionally with other fabrication facilities, project management, logistics, purchasing, and others to ensure on time delivery and company objectives are consistently achieved.
