Join to apply for the Fitter/Welders - Night Shift role at TV Guide On Screen.

MMI, based in Mesa, Arizona, is an industrial contractor and steel fabricator operating since 1974 with over 200 team members. We are seeking experienced fitter/welders with at least 5 years of experience in structural steel. Responsibilities include assembling and fitting structural steel according to drawings, interpreting technical documents, and passing a weld test. Must be capable of operating heavy loads and working safely in various weather conditions.

Pay Range: DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret structural steel drawings
• Coordinate with Foreman and QC
• Accurately fit components using mathematical skills
• Follow welding procedures and pass certification or weld test
• Operate overhead cranes and rigging equipment safely
• Work systematically to facilitate QC processes
• Adhere to safety guidelines and policies
• Work overtime and Saturdays as required
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and tool proficiency

Physical Requirements:

• Lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Perform physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, crawling, and walking for extended periods
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
