Job summary

Aristeo is seeking an experienced fabricator in the Metro Detroit area to join our in‑house steel fabrication shop. You will read blueprints, weld and burn, and set up welders while building fixtures to improve workflow.

You will work with a team on structural and miscellaneous steel projects, maintain safety standards, train newer crew members, and keep the workspace clean and organized. Aristeo values long‑term development and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication.
• AWS D1.1 certification is required.
