Job summary

Aristeo in Michigan is seeking a skilled Painter to join our industrial fabrication team. You will mix and spray paint to our high-quality standards, operate airless spray equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Mix and spray paint to match customer specifications and quality standards.
• Run paint equipment efficiently and safely.
• Store materials and clean up properly.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when needed.
• Follow all safety rules to ensure everyone goes home safe.
• Monitor paint supplies and report when running low.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.

Job description

We're looking for a Painter who knows their way around a spray gun and takes pride in a job done right.

Second shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.

What You'll Do:

• Mix and spray paint to match customer specifications and quality standards
• Run paint equipment efficiently and safely
• Know how to store materials and clean up properly
• Lend a hand loading and unloading materials when needed
• Follow all safety rules to the letter—everyone goes home safe
• Keep an eye on paint supplies and let us know when we're running low
• Keep your work area clean and organized

What You Need:

• Must be able to run airless paint equipment
• Be a team player who can communicate clearly and handle a fast‑paced environment

Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Trade school or similar training is a plus
• Experience with heavy‑duty industrial/construction painting
