Qualifications

• Knowledge of Crunch Certified Personal Training Program including relevant software.
• Must demonstrate effective communication and member service.
• Experience as a Personal Trainer or Crunch Coach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop qualified Personal Trainers.
• Manage the Personal Trainer schedule within budget.
• Ensure high-quality training programs delivered to clients.
• Achieve revenue objectives for personal training services.

Skills

Knowledge of Personal Training technique and program design

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Ability to adjust and operate all club equipment

Experience in coaching/motivating groups

Friendly and positive attitude

Strong member service focus

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
