Life Time is offering a Personal Training Internship in Illinois (Romeoville). This hands-on program targets individuals with an accredited fitness certification or related degree, delivering real-world experience in Personal Training Services with direct mentorship from senior trainers.

Interns follow a structured schedule, gain skills through observation, client interaction, and hands-on training, and contribute to member experience while reflecting Life Time's mission and values.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of health and fitness and human body.
• Punctual, positive and energetic personality.
• Desire to pursue accredited Personal Training Certification or related degree.
• Desire to become Life Time Personal Trainer in near future.
• Willingness to work in other Life Time departments to support customer experience.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Reads, watches, and completes required training; adheres to all policies and safety standards.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Fulfills member service requirements like fitness assessments and equipment operations.
• Promotes personal training programs and services.
• Delivers superior customer service to enhance member experience.
